Front of the Cozy House Plan
Welcome to CozyHousePlan.com. We at Chatham Home Planning, Inc. are proud to present one of our newest home designs. This home is a callaboration of AIBD designer Bob Chatham of Chatham Home Planning, Inc., and Home Magazine™. The free-flowing interior boasts high ceilings, gracious triple main moldings, and, in the foyer and family rooms, decorative wall paneling. A true blend of laid-back South Carolina living and smart space-efficient decorating, we hope to give you an unforgetable pictorial tour of this lovely yet unique home.

Living Room
The inside boasts every interior decorator's envy. Comfortable, plush furniture gives anyone the feeling of home. Outside, a built in grill surrounded by a beautiful woodland view will make any backyard barbeque perfect.

Another unique feature of this home is the kitchen. Designed to be as cozy as the rest of the house, the Quality Custom Cabinetry™ was designed to look like individual pieces of furniture with separated cabinetry and footed cabinets topped off with granite counter tops and elegant but unique hardware. This cabinetry is also carried into the bath.

This home is only 2,240 sq. ft. of living area, a three car garage, an impressive front entrance, and a screen porch off of the family room. Browse our galleries and see why Home Magazine™ chose to feature this house in their May 2001 publication.

The duct work, venting, and other details will vary depending on the type of heating and cooling system (forced air, hot water, electric, solar) and the type of energy (gas, oil, electricity, solar) that you use. These details and specifications are easily obtained from your builder, contractor, and/or local suppliers.
